Our commitment
Chaotic Game Studios LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for child
sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across every app we publish, including
TagTalk and Strike-Command: Idle Scrims. Any
content that sexualizes minors, exploits children, or facilitates child abuse is
strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately. Accounts involved in such
activity are permanently banned.
Apps covered by these standards
- TagTalk — a social messaging app with user-generated content (package
com.chaoticgamestudios.tagtalk).
- Strike-Command: Idle Scrims — an idle esports team-manager game (package
com.chaoticgamestudios.strikecommand).
These standards apply to every current and future Chaotic Game Studios title.
Age policy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If we learn that an account belongs to a
child under 13, we will delete it and its associated data.
How we prevent and detect abuse
- Human moderation (TagTalk) — all user-uploaded photos are reviewed by a moderator before they are visible to other users.
- In-app reporting (TagTalk) — every message can be reported by any user with a single tap. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
- Account accountability — even "anonymous" content is internally linked to the author's account, so abusive users can be identified and banned.
- Ownership verification (TagTalk) — plate ownership disputes are settled with vehicle registration review, deterring impersonation and harassment.
- No user-to-user contact (Strike-Command) — the game has no chat, messaging, or user-generated content. The only user-supplied text is a player name shown on leaderboards, which our staff can review and reset via our admin tools.
- Support tickets (all apps) — every app includes an in-app support ticket system staffed by our team, where safety concerns can be raised directly.
How to report child safety concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve the exploitation of a
child, report it immediately:
- Use the Report button on any message in TagTalk, or the Support ticket system in any of our apps.
- Email us at
contact@chaoticgamestudios.com
with as much detail as possible. Child safety reports are prioritized.
Where required by law, we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the
CyberTipline,
and we cooperate with law enforcement.
Enforcement
- CSAE content is removed immediately upon detection or report.
- Accounts posting or soliciting such content are permanently banned.
- We preserve and share evidence with authorities when legally required.
Compliance
We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, and we review
these standards regularly to keep them aligned with Google Play's Child Safety
Standards policy and industry best practices.
